Hi,

Let first run the diagnostics on the computer to check if the hardware is working fine.

Run the built-in diagnostics provided by the manufacturer on the computer to check if the hardware is working fine.

Also, check if there are any external devices connected to the computer. If yes, please disconnect the external device and check if it is able to boot to windows.

Please post back with the results.

Hardware of the laptop is working fine and no external device is connected to the computer. I have tried to run the system in safe mode, but that too does not work, System is promoting either to run the windows in normal mode or to run the recovery process. I have tried the both option still result still remains the same. System stops at the screen with Microsoft Windows logo.

Hi,
Please provide the computer model that you are using?

Also, try to reset the BIOS to defaults, change the boot sequence and make CD drive as first boot device and hard drive as second boot device. Now check if the computer is Booting fine.

If issue persists, try with one memory each and check if it is able to past the windows screen.

Please post back with the results.

I'm using Dell Inspiron 15R. BIOS setting are already being done.
I'm using 3GB DDR3 RAM. I think there is single RAM in my laptop. I'm not sure about that.

Hi,

This computer has two memory slots; one would be 2Gb and 1 Gb.

Remove one memory each and then try to boot the computer. Providing the manual link in for your reference: http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/ins5520/en/om15R/om_en.pdf

Also, try to boot the computer with recovery disc (drivers and downloads) that might have come with the computer.

Please post back the results.
