re-install vista

hello everyone

I have been having a few problems with my computer lately and I have found this programme called REGCURE Pro which says it will solve a lot of problems.
Can anyone tell me about this programme, is it worth trying or would i be
better off re-installing Vista back to factory settings. If I did re-install vista
would this solve all problems.

Those programs are not going to help. Although a problem, the best thing to do is to reinstall, if you are having major trouble that cannot be fixed. Let me give you a heads up. After you are reinstalled and everything is working just the way you want, take an image with macrium reflect and put it on an external hard drive. If you ever have a problem again, you use the image to reinstall. Everything will be just the way you left it, all you stuff and software, nothing to reinstall.
Reinstalling would solve all problems, except hardware.

Is it easy to re-install.
If I did re-install, can I save all of my programmes on an external drive or would
i have to reinstall everything

If you did not back up with the Macrium Reflect, as I mentioned in my prior post, you must save all your pics, documents etc and then transfer to the new Operating System. Software, updates etc must be reinstalled.

Most people use the free, as I do. The free does everything that we need to do.

I am going to reinstall my operating system and you advised me to use the
free version of Macrium Reflect to backup.
Do i use this programme before I uninstall vista.

No Cal, when you get the new OS just the way that you want it make a backup, and then up date it now and then. If you ever hav another serious problem, you do not have to reinstall. You just use the backup.
