So I am hoping someone can help me out today. I need to delete Windows from my comp. then re-install it. Question 1. Do I need a windows disk to do this? If not what steps do I take?? Thank You!!!!! Kevin

Is this a store bought computer that came with Vista preinstalled?
If so, could you post back with what brand and model it is? I'll be happy to see if I can find the instuctions for how to do a factory restore of Vista with it.

In addition, if the Operating System was reinstalled on the computer anytime with the disc then there would not be any partition available to restore the computer back to factory settings.
