CD's do not load automatically

How do I get my pc to automatically start playing or downloading a CD after it has been inserted into the CD/DVD drive?

From the description mentioned in the thread, I believe that you are referring to Autoplay options.

If yes, follow the instructions in the link mentioned below to check if the Autoplay option works: Troubleshoot AutoPlay problems

If no, please let me know what exactly happens.

I get a response saying "The requested service has already been started".
