Solved Program and Features cleanup

OK - So I'm in the Control Panel at Programs and Features - I'm also a type A personality. So it only follows that it bugs me when I go to delete a program and it can't be because some piece or another of the program is missing. I think I understand why that might happen. But what I want to know is - Is there a way to get it out of the listing if I were to just go ahead and delete the program folder?
