I would get Imgburn

It's free. Insert the disc and it will tell you what file system is on it.
Also if you want to know more you may want to go on the Imgburn Forum.
The author of Imgburn is quite an authority on optical disc formats and file systems.

I'm curious as to why the question is being asked. Are you experiencing some difficulty with CD's?

I think that UDF would be the greatest concern since most players only read v1.02 whereas there are a whole host of versions available, depending on the operating system.

Hi MilesAhead,
It's free. Insert the disc and it will tell you what file system is on it.

When a disc is inserted to pop up a dialog with options which i can choose to open a CD contain, or play music with Windows Media Player, etc...
Somehow can't see information of what file system is on it.

I turn AutoPlay and AutoStart off for optical drives. Then when you insert the CD or DVD while Imgburn is running, it's the only program that will mess with the disc.

See tutorials section for turning off AutoPlay and AutoStart for the optical drive.

You would open the control panel, device manager, display adapters.
