Hello everybody.

Need some help here. I have a Dell Inspirion 531 running Vista 64. Upon rebooting the whole system...I end up with only approximately 100MB of free memory. The Local disk and OS show all the memroy taken up. I am at a loss.

Hello Larry M,

In order to assist you further, I would request you to help me with few details:
-- Since when are you facing the issue?
-- Any recent changes made on the computer?
-- Was the operating system re-installed?

There are couple of steps I would suggest which might be helpful in fixing the issue:
-- Run a http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/76073-disk-cleanup.html.
-- Delete the http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/104637-temporary-files-temp-folder.html.

Please try the steps and write back with the details, would be glad to assist you further.

Thanks & Regards

I figured it out. I was not formatting the drives before I re-installed the operating system. Did that. Problem solved. Thank you for your time, though.

Sincerely,
