Solved Weird Ebay\Firefox issue

Using firefox version 18.0.2 I have my settings to always in private but to allow cookies. When i log into ebay it immediately takes me to my ebay inbox to a message I deleted a long time ago. I've cleared all my cookies and history several times, restarted my computer too...but it will always go back whenever i log in. I called ebay and they had me try to sign on with internet explorer and it didn't happen here and they told m it was a firefox issue. How do i troubleshoot this? Normally in the past when I sign into ebay, it will take me to my account page...not my inbox. This just started happening recently

Try to clear the cache, often the cause for such problems

If that does not work try to download the free ccleaner (its always good to use cc, at least once a month) and run it to clear all the crap from the puter.

My last suggestion
Make a system restore point, uninstall FF and boot and reinstall.

OK...now I feel REALLY stupid. I figured out that every time I opened firefox to go to ebay I would access the link from my bookmarks. What I didn't realize is that at the time I bookmarked that site, i was on my inbox at that message. DUH! Thanks for your help..again.. and sorry to waste yer time on this one.
