"could not find file" WindowsUpdate.dll

Yup Ive been trying to clean my pc up recently and Ive been getting this error every time I log into my computer or if I try to open my cmd.

I dont know if I should replace the file,update, (Hopefully not system restore my computer Its been a little while..) Hopefully someone can help me :T​

I think that if you follow this link, you will find a potential cause of the problem
For me, try in safe mode and see if the problem persists
Make an antivirus scan
Download and make a full scan with malwarebytes.

There was no link and I always use malwarebytes btw... I have it pro too. I may do the safe mode thing.. Anything else?
