Is there a run as administration options in any apps shortcut in windows xp?

After right click on the properties of a shortcut program I couldn't found the Run As Administrator checkbox in windows xp.
I just wondering is MS implement this option in windows xp or not?

Oh hi Allan D.

I checked for the Secondary Logon service the Startup type is Automatic by default.

I will rephrase my problem again:

I mean after a program is installed and a created shortcut on my pc desktop, by right click property on a icon, on the compatibility tab there's no run as administrator checkbox in windows xp not in windows vsita or 7.

If you are logged in to an administrator account in XP, then everything is already running as administrator (elevated) unlike in Vista and Windows 7.

If you are only logged in to a standard user account, then the instructions in the links that Allan posted above will show you how to.
