After add a regular account to an administrator localgroup to access to some Local users folder in c:\users\UserName folder and then I deleted this regular user account from the administrator localgroup, however this regular user account now can access to any user account folder previously cached file accessed located in c:\users\UserName.
How can I prevent this regular user account from accessing to other users folder without administrator priviledge and without restart the computer?

While logged in as UserName you can set file and folder permissions to the folders you would like and explicitly deny access to a particular folder. To do so simply follow this tutorial - http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/157304-folder-permissions.html

If the Administrator account had taken ownership of that folder then unfortunately the only way you are going to be able to deny that account is to then take ownership with a different account. This would require administrative privileges. To do so follow this tutorial - http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/67717-take-ownership-file.html

Hope This Helps,
Josh! :)

Hi ShadowJK,
It sound like it will work by setting up NTFS permission on the a user folder, however it also sound like a a lot of work because I need that regular to access for a moment just to get some data to many different user account in the c:\users\UserName folder but not all, after he/she get a necessary files I change back to a previous regular user account by deleting them from the administrator user account.
I just want somehow delete the cache file that was previously accessed by the regular user account added to an administrator group.

Regard,
Thanks.

Re: After add a regular account to an administrator localgroup to access to some user

If you only want to share a couple of files then you may be interested in using the Public Folders option since this can be accessed by any user on the machine - C:\Users\Public

To turn it on follow this tutorial - http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/126289-public-folder-sharing-turn-off.html
