Unexpected Shutdown

Im lost, I will be checking my email or whatever i'm doing, and my PC shuts off then restarts.

Does it just power right off?

I totally suck at thgese BSOD logs... I can read them, but clueless to fix.

Your reports are giving hints rather than giving a definitive answer. One of the reports do point quite clearly to memory, however, so lets give that a test.
Run memtest for 36 hours. Then test each stick for 24 hours, in the same good slot.
Report your findings, Good luck.
