Solved In task manager performance tab show my hard drive always in active 100% that slow

In task manager performance tab show my hard drive always in active 100% that slow my pc, so far my antivirus scanned result no viruses.
How to view what cause the hard drive active 100% all the time and fix the problem?

Check Resource Monitor to see what processes are reading/writing to the HDD the most and hopefully this will show who the culprit is.

Oh I see, it was my antivirus running in the background that cause 100% hard drive read/write.
