I'm not sure why but just this morning my monitor on my laptop does a quick bob every few seconds and its killing my eyes. There seems to be a little info at the bottom of the screen that appears when it moves up. I tried to get a screenshot but it wont catch it for some reason. I've tried restarting my computer and the problem begin right when it turns on so it. I've tried removing my mouse as well but it still happens. I ran malwarebytes and all that and tried it in safe mode and its still doing it. I'm not sure what could have caused this. I didn't drop it or do anything to damage it. I'm hoping there is an easy solution here. Please help!

Sounds like a video driver or even the card. Go to the website of your video card manufacturer and update the driver.

Yes, it may very well be the monitor. If you bring it in to a shop, they could test it.

My bet is on the monitor considering that an external device works.
