Windows Failed To Start Error.

Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the problem:
and it says to insert your Windows installation disc.

Then it says,
File: \Boot\BCD
Status: 0xc000014c
Info: An error occured while attempting to read the boot configuration data.

I don't have a Windows installation disc. I have Windows Vista. I've tried to put in a Windows 8 and 7 recovery disc because that's what another website suggested to do but that didn't do anything.

How do I fix this?!

Thank you.
