Solved Direct3D accelerator etc Not available???

Hi,

I am currently trying to fix a problem but i can't find any solutions to it online :/ The problem is I need to accelerate Direct3D for multiple things and it's not available. I have updated my drivers, updated my DirectX and no difference!
Please help guys! PC Specs:
AMD Phenom 9950 Quad-Core processor 2.6GHz
Windows Vista Ultimate
8 GB Ram
AMD Radeon HD 6450 2GB
465 GB HDD

Also I am aware my graphics card does not support Windows Aero

    Weakest part of my computer is the graphics chipset.
    Only ever used a laptop.
    Also use USB Freeview TV Card
    Lenovo Docking Station
    External Speakers
    Other bits a pieces as needed
Sadly It says I can't enable acceleration when my graphics card box says it can support all of DirectX etc and acceleration

There's something wrong as yes that card is 3d capible.

Did you read that link I posted?

Run the dxdiag program
Open DirectX Diagnostic Tool by clicking the Start button

, typing dxdiag in the Search box, and then pressing ENTER

Save the info, the either attach it, if its small enough, or copy and paste the info from the saved file.

They didn't work correcvtly.. Use the Go Advanced button and attach them. there.

There's a newer driver now, but it shouldn't matter.

Did you install all the software? catalyst control panel too?

Did you install the correct driver and like patomb asked all of the software? Did you get the driver from AMD or from the manufacturer?

Still I can't fix it I ran malware bytes and got 45 viruses but still the Direct3D acceleration is disabled some how :(

OMG!! I fixed it by uninstalling the driver and using no driver for my graphics card -_-

Never mind it still doesn't work cause it automatically downloaded the driver again. -_-. But i saw my GFX card box and it says ATI VTX Radeon HD 6450. Does that make a driver difference and is there a driver download for it? Thanks :))
