why it is showing up Backup and system restore centre but I did not use it

OS: windows vista home premium 32 bit Japanese version

Hi,

Today, I started computer and on the left showing icon of Backup and system restore center but I did not use it.
I wonder why it appeared. I am attaching screen shot though it is in Japanese but will let you know what I am talking about.

PS* only I use computer.

Hi, thank you for reply.

I do not think so because if it would then why it appears first time in years right?

Additional: I just noticed the Icon of the Backup and system restore changed to zip 7 though I was checking my e-mails and did not use zip software.
