Bluetooth enumerator ...malfunction

Capture.JPGDevice Manager lists Microsoft BT Enumerator with yellow warning...This device cannot start. (Code 10). Although it lists a driver, the device does not take it. Now my wireless headset is not even recognized by my system. What happened here?
