Solved How do I add sound icon to desktop or taskbar in windows 7?

I'm not talking about the volume icon but I'm trying to shortcut how I persornalize my sound because I change from speakers to my TV very often. Is there a way to do this? I'd prefer it pinned to my taskbar over the desktop but either will do.
