I recently updated our computer from xp pro to vista business. The computer is a dell optiplex gx620 with 2 gb ram.
I've been unable to switch between the limited user account and the admin account. When I click "switch user" or "log off" the screen goes black and won't return. I have to press the on/off button and turn off the computer and then restart.
I've tried a few things I found through google such as deleting the limited user account and recreating it. Also going into msconfig /selective startup and uncheck system startup (not sure if I'm remembering).
Help appreciated.
