so I have a dell inspiron 531. it would not power on. so I switched psu, the new one has a test button on it. I can push the test button to make the fans spin and put power the the mb, while holding that, I can then push the front power button and boot the pc. the front power button does not work until I push the psu button. I tested the power supply in another pc and it worked fine. once the pc is booted, it runs fine. am I dealing with a mb issue?
