drop down menus wont stay open and scroll to the top

This started within the past month. Any drop down menu I open scrolls to the top and won't stay open. The sound pop up window is also affected. As soon as I drag the volume control down and release it the slider goes right back to the top.

I don't think this is audio related. As I said it happens with any drop down box.

Can you post a screenshot to show us what is happening?

I'm not sure a screen shot would easily demonstrate what is happening, so I posted a short video to youtube which gives a much better example of what is happening.

The first part shows what is happening with the volume slider and the 2nd part is an example of what happens when i try to open my drop down list for my favorites. It doesn't let you select any folders, only the top line.

Thanks,

James

Looks to me like it may be something with your mouse settings. Try changing your mouse settings. It might also be a stuck button on your mouse or keyboard.
