How to delete corrupt files from cbs.log

Hello out there,

Upon running sfc /scannow i was informed that the cbs.log had been corrupted. Upon further review it seems there are only two corrupt files but I do not know how to delete them as doing so in explorer just displays the access denied prompt regardless if i am signed in as the administrator. Does anyone have any suggestions as how to fix this?

I don't think deleting corrupted files is the right strategy. I would rather try to fix them. If they are systemfiles (often ,dlls), then a startup/repair can help. If they are files from an installed program, then you need to reinstall the ptogram.
