Vista Problem Reports and Solutions (PR&S) - Update history

Hello,

The history doesn't seem to change. Looking at Event Viewer I see several ERROR level problems but I don't see them in the PR&S history.
I have these settings:
For all users turn Windows problem reporting on.
Choose a reporting setting for all users - Ask each time a problem occurs, is selected.
The block list is empty.
It is much easier to use PR&S than to scroll through event viewer's many logs.
How do I keep PR&S history current?

Try changing setting to "check for solutions automatically."
