What is with this clicking noise when I press my 2009 Windows Vista Home Premium and there is no graphics or the Windows colors do not swirl around and the Windows login prompt does not activate?
Why did it used to click after I pressed the start button for about 3 or 4 seconds, then buzz for about 3 seconds and
then the Windows colors start to swirl around and the login prompt shows up?
I bought it refurbished on 2012/01/17 at Phoenix Computer in Rockville, Maryland 20852.
How long do I have to wait for answer or solution to this problem with my Vista 2009?

I think that the first statement in your post is a very good lead as to your problem. Clicking sound very often is an indication of a failing or failed hard drive. Hopefully your stuff is already backed up..
