very strange progress bar

When a program uses a progress bar, there's a very strange green-like flash over the progress bar every other second. (click thumbnail). It didn't do it before, and I use the most recent graphics drivers.

Any ideas?

Thx!

That is veru odd indeed. Brink's answer is the only thing I'd think might help.
Usualy when a video Card is acting up it affects the whole Screen, not just parts.

Does this just happen with one program or with all of them that have Windows.
If it's just one program try re-installing it.
If it is just one program then it's not your graphics Card but the program you're using.
Good luck!

you try to replace the vista theme with another? why your X button blue?
well.. if you are replaced your theme to a new one it may have little bugs like that weird progress bar..
try Brink's suggestion.. and then apply that feature back on and see what you got.
:)
