USB PCI Card not working

I installed a USB 2.0 4-Port PCI Host Adapter card in my PC. The OS detects it, but none of the posts are working. It's says it's Vista compatible, but I'm frustrated. Any thoughts?

My computer specs are below.

AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 6000+, 3 GHz
Gigabyte GA-M57SLI-S4 Mobo
8 GB
OCZ DDR2 PC2-6400 800MHz NVIDIA SLI-Ready Edition
2 PNY Verto GeForce 8500 GT @ 512MB (SLI)
3 500GB Seagate 7200.10 HDDs
750GB Western Digital MyBook External HDD
OCZ GameXStream 700W SLI Ready PSU
Logitech Z-51 5.1 Surround Speaker System
Acer P221w 22" Widescreen Monitor

I presume that you are saying that none of the "ports" on that new PCI card function? If so, remove then re-insert the card so that it is seated properly in the PCI slot.

Like above, try making sure it is seated in the PCI slot correctly. If that doesn't do it, seek a replacement through a warranty if any. There's not really that much you can do, unless you want to get out your soddering iron and focal lense.
