New 8600GT OC?? Help with Fan

Hi there Guys, So I just got a New Video Card.. YAY Works great so far.. Blazing fast and looks great.. Problem tho:

I bought a Fan along with it to install and keep it cool so nothing bad happens.. So I got a Antec Cyclone Blower Fan. The end looks like a Heat Vent and it will suck air and blow it out the back of PC.. problem is no where to put it.. Says any slot Fan.. So question is what kind of fan should I get.. and where should I put it.. everyone said under the Video Card.. but the x16 slot for my video card was the Last or Bottom PCI-E slot I have... I have 4. Top has Wireless card. Second has Modem card. I could take that out.. third is empty but a lil to close to the 4th. 4th is my new Card.. So?? What should I do. What should I get.. is getting a Fan that important.. and if so what should I get and where should I put it.. Give me ur thoughts and Idea's.. Thank You all in advanced..
