How to make a blurry image sharper

Neverhavemoney

Vista Guru
Hey everyone,
Im new to the site but i had a question.
I have an ATI graphics High Definition card in my computer and it works great.
Sometimes I come across pictures that are to blury. Also there are pictures that are to small to see, so when i make them bigger, they become distorted.
I was wondering if there was any software (free if possible) to make these images less blury.
Thanks for any help i recieve,
Ben

Photoshop CS3 or other photo post processing software. I use Lview Pro, Photoshop with Noise Ninja and other plugins. What camera?

See what software you can afford. Photoshop is not cheap.

You could try paint.net or gimp to resize the images and perform basic post processing. Both of which are free.

When you open the default Windows Picture Viewer click the Fix button at the top left for some options to correct pictures...The auto adjust key works perfectly ;)
