Dreamscene/screen savers play slow, video card?

Just got through installing Vista Ultimate 32bit on another computer and got all the drivers and everything set up(finally). Only problem I'm really having is with Dreamscene backgrounds playing choppy, same with screen savers. Here are the computer Specs:

p4 3.82ghz(o/c)
80gig HDD-IDE 133
Geforce FX5200 PCI card w/ 128MB dedicated memory w/ latest drivers
1.25 gigs of memory
Fresh install(not updated xp) of Ultimate 32bit with all updates

It only uses about 30-40% of RAM most of the time, so I don't think thats the issue. Here's the WEI scores:

Processor: 4.4
RAM: 4.1
Graphics: 2.0
Gaming Graphics: 2.5
HDD: 4.2

I think those graphic scores pretty much explain the problem lol, but I wanna make sure before getting a new card. The computer won't be used for gaming, really just want Aero features to work well. So if this is the problem, what would you recommend for a cheap pci(not express)/agp 8x card that can handle Aero much more smoothly? Thanks
