| windows vista home basic | another vista resolution problem I am on vista home basic and I have the nvidia geforce 7300 gs. I have had this for about two years. I reinstalled what I thought were new drivers for the card several weeks ago to fix another problem. I come home and boot up and I can't get the higher screen resolution that was on my computer 12 hours ago. It won't let me roll back the drivers either. I looked through all the other posts and I couldn't find anything that could help me. Thanks. |

| Vista Ultimate x64 | Re: another vista resolution problem i had a similar problem, I resolved it by powering off the monitor at the mains for a minute or so. when I turned it back on, the resolution settings where available again. note that just switching the monitor off by the front switch did not work. |
