Good luck with Nvidea. I tried to get sortware to work around the Windows Media Center interface with the HP version of the Nvidea TV tuner card. Their reply was "Sorry, we only make the chips; the manufacturer does their own software." And, of course, HP, who doesn't have a clue as to how it works, blamed everything on Microsoft.

Nope, its not an issue with the drivers. Its just an incredibly lousy piece of junk called Windows Media Center, and a manufacturer, HP, that just doesn't know or care if their product works or not. I really don't think WMC is capable of doing anything more than it currently does, which is not much!

I was hoping that Nvidea would have a software package that would allow me to bypass WMC altogether. Guess I should have know better than to buy an HP Product. But I truly do expect more from Microsoft than this.

Its bad enough that WMC is a piece of junk, but Vista 64's incompatibility with so many programs is just adding insult to injury.
