Iam running windows vista home premium.
I have a Radeon 9250 256MB Graphics card.
I tried playing a game and it states that I do not have a 3d video accelerator hardware to run the game.
I have tried in vain, and everywhere I could think of to acquire this accelerator.
Tried Nvidia, Microsoft, web search. My driver for the radeon says its the most up to date according to vista. but I cannot play this game.
Anyone out there know the exact place I can get this accelerator?
Please let me know
Thanks

What is the game that your trying to play.

That would help immensely as the following,

I tried playing a game and it states that I do not have a 3d video accelerator hardware to run the game

usually indicates that the card does not have the required specifications to run the game. Can be anything from not enough memory on the card, to not high enough specs (pixel and vertex shader 2, when the game requires PS and VS 3).

Anyone out there know the exact place I can get this accelerator?

This is not something you can download and install like a driver. The only solution it to buy a new card that meets (or exceeds) the games requirements.
