try speedfan, by almico, i use that to control my fan speeds. Download SpeedFan - Access temperature sensor in your computer
still not what i need........ i guess a new case would help but i don't want to send anymore money right now......
you're absolutely sure that there isn't an option for you in catalyst control center?
yea its odd....... but i got a new case so i'm good
i think that acer locked all overclocking related things so i don't
until i get my new mobo and cpu i can't overclock at all..... o well![]()
All Acer (and the others) do is use a custom bios that has the options that would allow for overclocking hidden. They also had nothing to do with the video card.
One thing I forgot to ask previously, the fan on your card have two wires or three? If it is only a two wire fan then there is no way to control the fan speeds using software. Then the only way to do that would be to use a modded bios (the video card, not the motherboard), downloaded or modded yourself,
Guide to ATI BIOS modding and flashing
yea it is 2 wire..... hm and doesn't matter i plan to upgrade soon anyway...... at least i hope to![]()
