BSOD nvlddmkm tcpip.sys invalid hash

I have been continually getting these two errors with the same time stamp in event viewer followed by a blue screen. I have tried reinstalling the OS, different drivers for video and just bought a new grfx card (9800GTX). nothing has worked, does anyone know anything about this problem?

The most recent BCCode was 0x00000109

I have a new grfx card, new RAM (Kingston HyperX), and new PSU (OCZ 600W)
The rest of my hardware is a couple years old but no reason why it would be failing
