Graphic glitches causing clicks and pops in audio

There are these visual glitches that occur which emit clicks and pops in audio. They do not occur in music editing software using the same audio card. Usually during audio streaming on the internet. I have the latest Nvidia drivers for Geforce 9800gt, running on Vista Ultimate x64.
