Moniter Problem using HDMI cable

Ive made a fresh installation of vista but after hours trying to get my screen look (it used to look right)

normal again ,because im using an HDMI cable connected to my TV ive tried every

possible

setting i think, but my screen looks stretched verticaly slightly. Im using ATI

Radeon HD 3200 hooked up to my 21" TV but in the Catalyst Control Centre (< yes

that how you spell centre) it says its a 19" tv ?

Any ideas how to get

my moniter looking normal again????????????????????????????????????

p.s .i have all the latest drivers installed

There's an option somewhere within CCC where you can manually stretch the screen to fit properly horizontally. I found it round at my friend's house when I was helping him set up his. Can't remember exactly where it is though, sorry.
