Dual screen set up and Aero

Hello everyone, I'm back it seems I have a question thats just driving me crazy for a while now.

I'm currently running the ASUS M2NSLI board with 560i, yes I know it's old and its
gonna be updated sometime soon. In my BIOS I have SLI enabled with a 9800 GX2 Card in the first PCI-E Slot. In the SECOND PCI-E slot I have my old 8600GT Being used as a PhysX processor. (for those who have thought about doing this with nvidias new drivers - It's amazing a very nice FPS Boost from the removal of the physx calculations off the main gpu) The 9800GX2 is pumping 1920x1080i to my 26" HDTV, while the 8600GT Is pumping DVI to my 20" Dell. Now, when im running a full screen game like COD4 for example, the screen to the left of my 26", the 20" still displays all my things, EVGA precision, Windows media player and the like. HOWEVER They arent in Aero glass, they're in aero basic. I'd like to have the glass effect. is that possible?
