Okay today I finally got my 27 inch tv to work as a monitor by buying a HDMI to DVI cable its very crisp and the games are amazing,

But there are a few problems, I can't find a resolution to fit perfectly in the screen I always have a black boarder around is there any way I can fix that keeping everything inside the tv?

And the text is a little disorted is there any way to fix that at all either?

Thanks for the help!

Hello KOSS.

I've found that what Windows suggests as resolution and the actual resolution that a monitor will run at are two different things, you may only get the best images at the monitors' actual resolution and nothing else; what is the resolution of the monitor?

Later  Ted

I believe the maximum resolution it can go is the native. Try cranking the Display Settings resolution meter up to its highest point.
