9500 GT 1GB Fifa 2009 performance

I just replaced my Monitor. It was a Dell LCD with 1024*768 max resolution...
Now I got a Viewsonic 22" LCD with 1920*1080 full HD..
Now the Problem is that Fifa 2009 runs very slow... I tried all the possible in game resolutions; set the lowest game details etc....
I have a system with 5.9 WEI score..
CPU E4500 C2D
MB Asus P5E VMDO
G/Card Nvidia 9500 1 GB (WEI score is 5.3)
RAM 4GB Corsair
HDD 2x500 Seagate Barracuda 7200 rpm
Can any 1 tell me whats wrong?
Or how can I rectify this problem?
