| Vista Home Premium x64 | Increase GPU Voltage? Ok, so I overclocked my GTS 250 STOCK: Core: 738MHz Shader: 1836MHz Memory: 2200MHz OVERCLOCK: Core: 806MHz Shader: 2005MHz Memory: 2502MHz Should I increase the voltage on it? If so, how? | Vista Ultimate x64 SP2 | Re: Increase GPU Voltage? Hi, I have overcloccked my 8600 GTS successfully without increasing the voltage. By the way, correct me if I'm wrong, but your overclock is not good because you lower memory speed... |

| Vista Ultimate x64 SP1 | Re: Increase GPU Voltage? There are bios backing tools on the web but I wouldn't recommend this method. I am pretty sure you can tweak voltages through EVGA Precision but I have never used it myself. Overclocking a graphics card is futile IMHO. I have done it in the past and I find a higher CPU clock always increases game performance much, much more than overclocking a GPU. Good luck though.  |
