3d Is very choppy

I originally noticed this while playing world of warcraft, really low framerates on a laptop I know is capable of playing the game at higher than 10fps make me wonder. I updated windows, the drivers and direct x and it didn't help at all.

I thought, well I can't play the game and just uninstalled it.

Well I thought of another way to test it and kicked on runescape in 3d mode, guess what, still choppy!

Come on now, runescape shouldn't be choppy on anything ever!

Acer Aspire 7735-4291
Intel Pentium t4200 (2.0ghz 800 mhz fsb)
Intel GMA 4500m
40gb DDR3

Virus and spyware scanned earlier today.

First if you haven't make sure that you install the latest DirextX update,
