NVIDIA GForce 9500GT stoles 1 GB of my RAM

Hello, this is the problem i want to solve, let me explain:
I got 4GB of my RAM and it only used 3GB but I have Vista Home Premium 64bit and I just saw my Video card just stoles 1 GB of my ram and it's now a 2 GB Video Card displayed in DXdiag and here's a supporting screenshot:

Please help me get those back! are there any settings in nvidia so I can get that 1 GB of RAM or please any options? Also I'm using latest driver of Nvidia...

If you are running an application that needs more memory that card will take it up to a certain amount. However, Vista will free up memory if it needs to so its nothing to worry about.
