| 64 Bit Vista Home Permium | Monitor Vertical keeps changing I have a new Monitor (Viewsonics) Just recently it started to show a pullup of about 2" from the bottom. The startup screen is full size but any new window that is opened, it comes up short the 2". Any clues to fix? Is it the monitor going bad or is it something I have done? |
