Vista - help about contrast

My problem is how to adjust the contrast in vista home by the way the brightness is fine and working..

Click the buttons on the side of your monitor and explore around till you find the main menu.From there you should be able to find gamma,contrast,brightness etc etc.Hoe this helps.

Good answer from blue75.
You can also do it from your video display control panel, there will be a section for the display so you can adjust and reset if you mess it up or go too far one way or another.
