Vista - My computer Reports Video Hardware Error

My computer Reports Video Hardware Error

When i put on my Laptop, it works properly but immediately i connect the network cable, it takes 30sec then the screen goes blank until i remove the network cable.
On opening the Problem Reports and Solution on control panel, it gives me this error as shown below;

What could be the problem, Please help its emergency and i have to use the internet services on my laptop

Please Help
Waht I would like you to do is to go into device manager. type device manager in search.
Go to the display tab. Is there a yellow triangle on the device driver?
go to the network tab look at both wifi and wan
Is there a yellow triagle on either of these

let us know the results
