Vista - Is this a good furmark score?

I ran furmark (lol sorry archie could not resist overclocking a bit )
Anyway i found that the shader domain clock would not go up well furmark crashed with it only at 1450 so i just kept it down at 1404 (default) (any explanation)

Clocks are now 723/1404/1257

Is this a good (or normal) furmark score attached!

Just incase no one knows its a asus engtx 275!

nvm i see now , you have no actual score mate>> see where it says score you just have a milliseconds rating?? did you run the full benchmark?

i got 4172 at 1280x1024 which is slightly higher than your res , if i select 1440x900 the benchmark wont even start!!

i whacked it up to my native res (1680x1050 below screenie|) to take the cpu out the equasion and the score wasnt really that differant

your average fps (what is all that matters tbh) is much higher than mine so its looking good so far , run a proper benchmark though see what it comes up with

Yo archie do u recon u could post a screenshot of that same benchmark on 1280 x 1024

Wow thats weird i get a worse score with 1280 x 1024! Any explanation! Look:

yes mate 1280x1024 is a much higher resolution thats why your score is lower

im on the wifes lappy ill post my 1280x1024 screenie tomorrow night when the pc gets fired up again

dont worry about how close our scores are (mine is at 1680x1050 too ) its just a benchmark and no real idea of how your pc will perform ingame , i have a factory overclocked gpu and a better cpu , as i said its just a benchmark , your card is much faster than mine

Yeah u have a nice cpu I think for me the next thing to upgrade would be my cpu!

PS: some guy on youtube had the same specs as me
gtx 275 and e5200 yet somehow he had his e5200 @ 3.8 GHz! lol AHHH thats alot! I could'nt get past 2.95 GHz Stable

my cpu is old hat now mate i have a much nicer one sat in the spare room still in its box with some ram and a mobo wife is buying me the gpu and im still saving for the psu

ps............its probably because he knows what hes doing all chips are differant mate some clock higher than others plus he most likey has that on a liquid cooled rig and there is of course the fact he may just be making it all up

did anyone catch the game last night and then it all went fuzzy like when your overclock (graphics) goes to far. I REMOVED THE OVERCLOCK! I typed it in on google and it was ment to happen ahhh was a joke hahahah Ill have to remember my clocks ahharghh!

It was so scary

I thought id screwed my graphics card up arghh cos it did the same thing with the overclock off! DAMN! THEY GOT ME!
