    Graphic card "Auto Clocking?"

    Hey i bought a GTS 250 awhile back and just installed it and i over clocked it to 800 core but i its my first time useing evga presision and each time im not in a game on the graph on the left side of te program it shows the core clock is 301 and the shadder is 602 and the meneory is 100 o-o but on the right side where u put the clocks you want its applyed as 800 core 1931 shadder and 1200 memory o-o but when i go in game the clock goes up on the graph to 800/1931/1200 if i alt tab back and forth the clocks go up and down [ so basicly if ialt tab every 30 secs then each time im in game the clock gona e 800/1931/1200 and when im on desktop its 301/602/100 o_o i was just wondering if that is normal? and what is this? Auto clock? lol and is there a way to keep it only at 1 clock? because i dont think its good for the card like that clocking it up and down and up and down

    It's just the 3D/2D clock speed adjusting. It's a power saving feature, since when you're at the desktop, you don't need the 3D clock speeds.

    It's okay for the card to be doing this
