When i start my computer my graphics card starts out like hot but not really hot when i start playing games is it because my fan has a lot of dirt in it and its heating up my computer or do i need a water cooler that bad?

clean out your system. also you might want to get some more fans in your system.

Fans might help, How is your current setup with cooling? You should also clean out your computer for sure.

I dont think i can fit another fan inside it only fits one or i can upgrade to a better fan to bigger size but i dont think it will fit ethier because the stock one i got right now is pretty much sitting on the ground heres a pic

It lowered it by a couple degress because i cleaned it out now so yea helped out a little

you can always fit more fans. buy a fan, mark it on the side of your case where the screws will go and the outline of the fan, and cut through the case with a diamond saw or something, DIY or you could buy a new case (or even better buy a new pc - i guarantee you can buy one better than that for $300 - that's how much it cost to set up my mailserver for work)

you also still have so many outputs from your psu, enough for many fans. just wack em inbetween your graphics card and the other PCI expansion card
