possible HD4850 issue

When I first set up my rig over a year ago, I couldn't install vista, I'd get BSoD's during the installation. I gave up and used xp for the last year. But then I decided to try win7. That was a nightmare which ended up with me RMA'ing my mobo. Gigabyte said they installed and ran an OS without any problems. Didn't say which, I'm guessing xp.

When I got the mobo back, I tried installing Vista again and got it, so perhaps Gigabyte had actually made some changes. But, alas, it's unusable. No matter which graphics drivers I try I keep getting BSoD's. I'm not even sure it's my ATI driver. I've used the drivers from Gigabyte, cataylst 9.12, 9.11, 9.8 and nothing does the trick. I'm currently using the 9.12 drivers.

Could someone please check out this minidump for me. I have xp x86 on my backup laptop and can't analyze it. Thanks in advance.

Are you experiencing any Blue Screens with just the default VGA driver installed? ie uninstall and permanently delete all ATI drivers or does it crash running in safe mode etc?

Does your mobo have a integrated video you could use?

Good call, I tried it and still getting bsod, so I guess it's not the driver. Also, even safe mode isn't very stable. Considering I just RMA'd my mobo, gonna hope it's not that. Using Hiren's, I've done an overnight of memtest86+ and a cpu burn-in for a couple of hours, all no problem.
This is the latest minidump. I'd appreciate if someone could analyze it for me as I can't do it on my x86 WinXP that I'm using as backup.

Also forgot to mention I've tried installing the following on both hard drives, all being unstable and riddled with BSOD's: Win7 x64, Win7 x86, Vista x64, XP x86.
Now I can't even get a stable install of XP. Something is seriously wrong, and I suspect it's my video card as I have no way to test it directly and it's the only thing I haven't tested (and can't find a way to test outside of a Windows environment). I just got my mobo back from the factory where they said there was no problem, I've used two hard drives and get the same problems, I've tested the ram and the cpu... doesn't leave much.
Interestingly I can run MiniXP which comes with Hiren's boot for as long as I want with no problems, and I've never had any BSOD's or resets when using Hiren's Ghost to make backups as I work out my problem. On in windows. Is it a sign? I decided win7 is a bit premature and I want to stick with Vista for now, but I really just can't get it running, or anything for that matter.

Perhaps this should be moved...
